    Morning All

    Day 13 for me and inches LOST.. Still trying to spot the whoosh fairy, but it seems the inch fairy visited instead... GOOD ENOUGH lol
    I have my first major test today as its a friends 30th 'tea party'...
    Well.. hope everyone has a fabulous day and just think each day is one step closer to GOAL..

    Day 3 for me and my husband as well. 9 pounds down for Hubby and 6 for me. He ALWAYS loses faster than I do!!! I'm not complaining though, as it feels good to lose quickly. Not noticing any difference in my body except maybe a bit less "jiggling." HAHA...maybe that's in my head though since I do still jiggle! Not for long though. Have a great day everyone!

      Good morning everyone! I'm still here and struggling a little because this extremely cold weather is making me eat more. I've gained a few pounds but starting right now, I'm back on track!

        Good morning All,
        It's cold here too, still in the upper 20's. Today's a housework day and mass cooking day to get ready for the next week. I'm smoking a turkey and a pork shoulder to make sure I always have plenty of good stuff around to snack on. I might do another batch of jerky too. No whooshies here either, but I had a visit earlier in the week, so I'm good. 3 more pounds until I'm not obese!

          Today is a stay at home & take care of me day! It is -5* out right now & I have no interest being out in the cold. Going to check out my low carb cookbooks today & come up with some new dishes to try.

            Hi all,

            I'm here, lost another pound, 8.5 total in about 3 weeks which is huge for me. My size 12 jeans are suddenly getting too saggy baggy, and I'm back in my 10's. This time around I am getting rid of the bigger clothes as soon as they become too large.

            Stay strong, we can get there!!

                It's a balmy 4* here today in the original O.C. (Ontario County for us hipsters out there) with a windchill making it feel like -11*. I'm thinking about breaking out the shorts and heading off to the lake! Or maybe I'll just go grocery shopping, play some Wii Fit, and poker tonight. Either or, I'm not picky.

                  good morning..still a very chill one in chicago...although i can finally report we are not in negative territory anymore! it is a heat wave at about 15 above!

                  anyways..just taking some time today to organize and plan my dinner for tomorrow. i'm having a few friends over and in the past i've been known to make a real mean batch of chili or spaghetti and it is what i've become famous for haha!! need to re evaluate and still make a great meal but without the carbs!! thinking of pulling out the slow cooker and making some chicken. hmm. i'll be searching some recipes online and browsing the grocery store later.

                      We went out for dinner last night to celebrate my hubby's birthday - I ate more then I would normally, but it was ALL on plan... and yummy!

                      Doing well and looking forward to more cheat-free days!

                        Good morning all. It is a warm, balmy 50F here today. Snows melting and causing lots of stuck cars. Just got my grocery list together and heading out to shop. Dinner/games night tonight at a friends place. She knows we're following Atkins, and called me to ask what kind of foods I can have.
                        I was totally impressed that she cared enough to do so! And so supportive too. I am luck to have friends like this! Have a great weekend everyone, and for those of you with the frigid weather.....keep warm!

                            Day 1 of Induction for me. Decaf coffee. eggs and sausage for breakfast. Hitting the water pretty hard and went to the gym today. . that's a huge accomplishment, I havent been there in a l-o-o-o-o-o-n-g time. didn't overdo it I did the stationary bike for a 8 minute warm-up and then walked just over a mile and a half or 30 minutes on the treadmill. I had the incline set at one and the speed at 3.5. I walked around the YMCA for a while for a cool down just to see the place.. they have improved everything there since I have been gone. Had a steak and some green beans for lunch.. more water. I am not going to do any caffiene or sweeteners at all until the induction is over.

                              Day 4 and haven't lost an ounce, BUT I've been to the gym twice and managing to gag down my water. LOL. It will come off
