    Good morning STACers. Keep your focus today. Jan.is a great time to build momentum in your life and in your days. I'm off to swim at 6:30 this morning, slowly working my way to more endurance sport again.
    I have fine tuning things that build momentum though!

    good morning jess.....i am up with you to great this glorious day!! have been up for over an hour already, and in this time.....i have completed 75 situps and 90 pushups and a few posts here and there

      Umm.. no exercise yet, but I did eat sausage ham and cheese for breakfast. I bought a new-fangled electronic scale yesterday. It was a good news/bad news type deal. Good news is that I weigh less on the new scale. I guess if you stall, buying a new scale can help too! Whoo'd a thunk? Bad news is that my BF% is between 28.7 and 31. I need to be at 23 for my job. I don't know how accurate the electrical impedance method is though, because I changed 2.3% over night. I also always measure in at 22% when I weigh 210.

        Good morning! I believe today is the 20th, and a glorious 20th it is! I lost 5 lbs in my first week of induction, and looking forward to eggs benedict on an oopsie roll for breakfast. Jess, I started at the same weight you did. You look awesome! I can't wait til I'm your size!

          Good morning everyone. Yesterday I didn't do that well. Pigged out big time, but at least it was all atkind friendly. Today I'm back on track. Kids actually will be at school today. (Yeah!) so I'll probably fit some exercise in my day. Have a great day everyone!

                Morning all! Up and getting ready for work this morning. And, had a good loss on the scales today. Finally! I'm feeling better this morning, physically and mentally. I'm planning on staying on track, that cruise ship in 47 days is really helping me to maintain focus and motivation. We have an awards banquet at school tonight, if they have something legal, I'll eat there, if not, I'll eat afterwards.

                  Howdy doo... I'm not as lucky as you as I have two sickly kids today, (including myself) but, I dropped another 2lbs this morning after the scale not moving for 6days.. so Im still smiling
                  Must say, my Jan hasn't been fab this year, so i'm keeping my head low and trucking on until Feb...

                    good morning. woke up very thirsty this morning. i ate a huge cesar salad at cheesecake factory yesterday AND a piece of low carb cheesecake. in hindsight, not the best choice on the cheesecake. BUT i'm going to be chugging some (a lot) of water and eating real foods today. no worries. have a great day everyone!

                      I'm here this morning!

                      Last night me and fiance had movie night and we munched on pork rinds and sugar free grape drink.

                      It felt like cheating, but I guess technically it wasn't, but it was nice. I'm so glad he's doing this with me this time (even though he doesn't need to)...

                        Good morning everyone! Weighed in this morning, and stayed the same this week. No weight loss, but I haven't taken my measurements yet, but I know by my looser clothing that I have lost inches. I'm going to up my water intake, and increase my workouts, and hopefully I will see some results on the scale next week!

                          I'm sticking on plan and enjoying the foods I'm eating!
                          Like many of you, pounds seem slow to move. BUT... inches seem to be coming off (loses clothing - bra on a different hook ) so I'm not discouraged at all

                          Drinking lots of water and about to eat a left-over cheeseburger patty for breakfast. Yummy!

                            Isn't today the 20th?

                            Checking in early here today! I'm so happy to say that I finally reached my 1st mini goal! After 5 weeks of sticking to this WOE and absolutely no changes for the past 3 weeks, I'm finally seeing more results! I'm so overjoyed!

                              good morning all!

                              I'm recovering from some, er, stomach related unpleasantness. HA! yesterday was a far better day foodwise. I also am no longer in my stressful job, so fingers crossed that the pure cortisol that was running through my veins will be replaced by blood.
