The best suggestion I can make is to plan yor meals and get a cooler to carry your food with you. Prepare your food in batches so that you only have to cook every few days.. HTH

Yep- I completely agree. First off get your boys involved in the house work. If you have to work 2 jobs you are completely overwhelmed and exhausted. Take the house off your plate and divide it for your sons. Once can vaccum & dust the entire house and one is in charge of the kitchen & bathroom. Have them switch every week so they don't think the other is getting off easy. Something liek that. Show them what you expect. These are small men and have to be shown in detail (just like adult men)...hehe

Then once a month when you get a day off have a deep cleaning day again with your sons. Pick what ever section you want to do like the bathroom etc. I had to do this with my back surgery recovery. Except my house wasn't deep cleaned for 10 weeks and then I had to pitch a huge fit to get my husband and daughter to help me.

If you can pick a day for grocery shopping and cooking once a week this will help. Try to make enough in advance for the family and yourself for at least a 3-4 days. My daughter doesn't cook well but she can make a few things like soup and sandwiches. I am guessing your boys can as well. Have some of this on hand and plan your menus in advance so they and you don't have to think about it.

I can make up a big bowl of tuna salad or chicken salad for sandwiches for them and salad for myself. Or a big pot of low carb soup that they will eat with a big hunk of bread or some tortillas.

You can make this work- but you need to unload some of your responsibility so you can focus on the important stuff.

      Hang in there.

        Re: Why ?

I also make 2-3 pounds of taco meat and bag it in portion servings in sandwich bags and then put all the sandwich bags in a freezer bag and then put into freezer. I get a bag out for my tacos salads and the kids take it out for salads or nachos or whatever..........

I also grill 12 chick breasts at a time pull them off the grill, cut into bite size pieces bag them in sandwich bags and then one big freezer bag and put into freezer. Again can pull out a bag for a lettuce salad, chick salad, soup etc.....and kids can use the meat however they want to.........

good luck to you. sounds like you need SLEEP! It is hard to stay on any kind of plan when you are sleep deprived........

        best wishes!
