    Hello!

    Sorry you and the kids are still poorly TumTum - isn't the weather here awful at the moment?

    I started my day with Aerotone... it is a very hard class and I was hungover from the couple of drinks I had last night. I thought I was going to be sick but was fine after about 10 mins... teach me to drink on a Wednesday night!!

    All OK apart from that. I made stuffed peppers (Greek style) and baked cheesecake and both were a bit disappointing but hey ho!

      AOT - pick up a ginger root at the market - cut off a slice or two and pour hot water over it. Let it steep for a few minutes. Drink as is or, if you need a little sweetner, put a little splenda in... not much (especially if you chose to have this tea more then a few times in a day... they add up!). I find this is a great remedy for a sore throat!!

        Hello everyone. Sorry to hear some of you are under the weather. Hope you feel better soon. I've been staying pretty much on plan, glugging down the water, and hope the scales will be friendly to me tomorrow. Weather here continues cold (5-15 F) with another snowy weekend ahead. Happy low carb eating!

          hello all! good to hear you're all doing so well!

          I skated for the first time since getting injured, and it wasn't as hard as I thought. I feel totally out of shape though! gotta build back up.

          foodwise, all good. I tried the skillet pizza for lunch and is THAT ever delicious! I gotta get some more toppings and do it again.

            Howdy, everyone! Had a good day today. Stuck to plan, and drank plenty of water. Still seem to be stuck with the same weight, but that will change, I know. Luck to all!

              Hi Tango Tori!!!! Thanks a lot. I always have fresh ginger root so after getting your post I tried it. I seemed to have slept a bit better. Today I am taking it all day. Seems to be helping really! Thanks again!
