    Morning / Afternoon Everyone

    Well... gained a pound.. BOOO HOOO.. after getting so happy about the two i lost yesterday. I know I shouldn't watch the scale so much but I just can't help it.

    Anyway.. Hugs to all, and all you that had a baddie.. shrug it off and see you here really soon.

    Good morning all. After hitting a plateau for the last week or so, I seem to be moving again. Two lbs the last two days and mini-goal 1 met this morning . I was close to giving up during my plateau period, and I credit you fine folks for keeping me going. Thanks everyone!!!

      Morning everyone. Feeling very discouraged this am. I've been so stressed and busy and still sticking to the plan. Meanwhile I'm mad as hubby cheats all the time and follows very losely and this past 10 day has lost 18 pounds! And he only had 50 to lose!!! It's just going a little too slow for me considering even though I lose a good bit, you can't tell by looking at me or even how my clothing fits. I'll keep moving ahead for now. Just hope I can SEE results soon or else I know I'll give up. Seeing that scale move doesn't do much for me.

        Morning all! Good to see some folks checking in early, even on the weekend.

        tumtum, don't get discouraged, we know that we have daily variations in our weight (I'm a scale junkie too, check every day. Gotta know there are ups and downs).

        Tfek, congrats on the mini-goal. Great job!

        Cassi, don't let what is happening with your husband discourage you. Mine does the same thing and still looses also. You just have to remember that they lose more easily than us girls. You are trending down, it will come. Just stay focused and keep at it. You and I have a similar amount of weight to lose, and we can do it. Come here to the boards when you feel discouraged, we are here for you, and this WOE does work.

        I've had a good week, down around 4 pounds this week. I'm still fired up about this WOE and know that it works for me.

          good morning. i meant to sleep in today but dh had to work and when he woke, i woke. i guess my body just doesn't want me to sleep anymore! i'm sitting here trying to pump myself up to work out now.

            Hello fellow STACers. It's cold and windy but sunny here today. We don't get a lot of sun in Rochester, esp in the winter, so that strange glowing object in the sky is calling me outside for a walk. Stay on plan today! One day at a time, sometimes one hour at a time. We can do this!

              Just checking in, trying to hold myself accountable. I don't know why it's been so hard for me this time! But I did resist some biscuits I made for the kids this morning. I actually had a biscuit in one hand, and the jelly in the other. I convinced myself it really wasn't worth it, so hopefully I can stay strong! It just makes me feel so bad that food has such an impact on me. Anyway, sorry to ramble. Have a good day.

                Met my first mini-goal of 10lbs lost, so excited! Little nervous though, for this weekend, hubby and I are going out of town for our anniversary and I'm already finding myself thinking "well, I can cheat, just a little...", I know I will totally blow it and lose the progress I've made so far if I just give in one tiny bit...keep your fingers crossed for me that I will maintain will power...I'm 23 days cheat free and want to keep that the standard!                   Happy Saturday STAC'ers

                  I am still holding. Kind of bummed but not worried yet. I have faith in Atkins I know this works well.

                  The ww vegi soup was excellent (I added pork meatballs). This morning I added about 2 oz of Irish Cheese (super aged 0 carbs & 0 sugar), and a teaspoon of sour cream. It was even better. So Vegi's in, Fat in, and protein in I will live off this stuff until Monday (I think I will run out then). Even my daughter and the neighbor daughter think this is the bomb!

                  Today I will be cleaning the house if I ever get motivated. I want to switch my office and my spare bedroom. That has been the plan for a couple months but I never seem to get it done. I don't know if I am up for all of the lifting. I have my daughter to help but I just don't know- I may end up putting it off again.


                  TJ- Congrats on the loss. You are a BIG LOOSER

                  TumTum- forget about the up on the scale- tomorrow it will probably be down a couple. Our bodies are not machines- you are probably holding onto some excess water.

                  cragsdale- I know it is not fair- but if it is any consolation you will probably still live 7 years longer than your husband..... Men always loose faster- that is a fact.

                  Brandy- good job on the biscuit refusal .

                  Chilee- congrats on the first mini goal. Have a fun weekend and try not to cheat.

                    Forgot to check in this morning.I think not doing this was my mistake in the past,,,,You know "Go unnoticed so its easier to slip under the cheater radar". Happy to report that I've been good.I did take a sleep aid last night and will continue when needed on the diet.Sleeplessness is one of my major issues as I eat healthy and loose weight.i don't want to get tired and worn down putting myself at risk for the sugar fix.Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

                      Hi guys! Almost forgot to check in. Its 23:41 here. I am still on track but today was really tough. Went to a birthday party where there was absolutley nothing I could eat! After staring at all those sweets, cakes, etc... i decided to leave.

                      Enjoy the rest of the weekend. Stay focused.

                          Howdy! Still doing everything right, except for having something last night with too much salt in it. I had a lot of fluid this morning, but it's better now. I rode my bike today, so that was a little exercise. Hopefully it will show in the morning.
