I had a couple of days which were hard but I didn't break.
I reached my first mini goal today of 160 Lbs. For me, it's all about reaching those mini goals. My next mini goal is 150.
Once I get there, then I can make another mini goal of 140.
Heck, maaayyybe, I could even dare to think about 130!!!!
I'm 5' tall, so yeah - I'm short. I really need to be around 130 to be in my healthy weight range. I'll be satisfied right now with 150. But it's nice to dream.
