    I'm checking in still tired but thank goodness no headache! Have been taking Sudafed PE for sinus issues and it keeps them away.Its cold and icy here and I'm not really feeling like cooking and eating much, but I'm drinking my water.Hope everyone is having a wonderful Monday.

      I never would have paired cabbage with tacos unless they were fish tacos. Anyway don't be afraid to try it. Actually I am Mexican and we DO put cabbage in our tacos not just the fish ones. I think I am going to put that on my plan for next week.

      I am down another 1# today Yeah - yeah!!!!!!! Good for you! Keep up the great work!

      My sister had the same thing finally went on Topomax (she lost about 30#) and got her headaches/migraines under control - I actually took topamax once too. It really helped the migrains but I didn't lose 30lbs. I wish!!!

      AOT- feel better . Thanks a lot I am sure a few days on my meds and i will be great and good to go again!

          Good evening all. Just read through the posts -- sorry some of you are not feeling well. Glad to hear some of you are losing unwanted pounds. I'm down one pound; a bit disappointing because I've been very good, but I'll take it. Minus one is better than plus one any day!

            Howdy, all!! Just checking in! I've had a wonderful day, no cheating, no cravings (even with the cake my DH made.) I don't know why he wants to do those things, but he makes up for it by fixing my meal in the evening He is every pleased with the way I am doing. I rode my bike for a longer time this evening, and it made me feel so good that I look forward to tomorrow. Everyone have a great day!

                I'm here About to go to bed, though!

                I had a great Atkins day, and made AWESOME "breaded" chicken for dinner!!! I'll post the recipe in the rollcall tomorrow morning so more people can see it
