
My schedule has been really hectic for the past few weeks so I've relied on running to the store to just grab things as I go. Buying frozen veggies is a snap. Just grab a bag of what you like and go. No time-consuming inspection required....
....well, so I thought.
Today, every bag I looked at had sugars! 1 sugar, 2 sugars, 3 sugars; 1 carb, 2 carbs, 3 carbs, per serving.
What are the most popular legal veggies I can have and what about the sugars contained therein?

Steam, saute, broast, grill......and serve. Fresh is just as convenient as frozen. They are as nutritious and you get a much bigger variety than frozen.
