    Good morning everybody!

    I'm feeling great today! I kinda lost my get up and go in the morning though... Probably because I started getting too casual with the sugar free drinks and candy.

    I'm going to cut them all out starting monday... No more sugar free candy starting today though. I had this idea that I wasn't "cheating" by eating them... but, it's time to be honest with myself.

    Even still, I'm down almost 2 more pounds, and getting ready to take on the day!

    Good morning! Today is a better day, scales are back down. No snacking yesterday, and lots and lots of water. That usually fixed any temporary gain that I see. Today will be a good, on-plan day for me - hope it is for all of you as well.

    Plsmachic, I know what you mean about the sugar free stuff, it seems harmless, but it's not. I have nearly eliminated Diet Cokes now, I'm down to having one every couple of days, but that's way better than the 2-3 I used to drink every day.

      hi guys! running late and out the door but i am here! pulled something awful in my lower back yesterday-while i was getting dressed! didn't work out yesterday and i doubt that i will today. blah. but i'm happy that it is thuursday wooo! almost the weekend! have a great day!

        Still here, doing great, ready to get back on the scale and see where I am. I'm at the weight where I usually stall, so curious how I've done.

          Hellooo...I'm puzzled! I stepped on the scale nakid after getting up and I've GAINED weight! I'm being good drinking water and measuring out my spring mix salad and not even using salad dressing and I'm still gaining.I'm afraid that my body chemistry is messed up! I'm soon to be 38 yrs may be pre menapausal because I skip periods every now and then.No way could i be preggie because Ive lived like a Nun.Also I do have Thyroid issues in the family but I've not been tested in about 8 yrs.I'm not on any medications, on occasion i take sudafed for alergies.It may be thyroid, I'm always cold, my skin has been dry and I've had zero energy even before starting the diet.Since starting I've been taking power naps.

              Been working out everyday this week. I'm determined to lose another 10 lbs before leaving on our cruise at the end of Feb. My water is now up to par, and I find those extra workouts really helping. Busy day and evening for me today,so better get a move on it!

                I am still here and happy with how far I have come! The scales seem to have stalled but I have already lost 10 pounds and I am not gaining anything back so I am not dissapointed too bad and will keep on giving it my best.

                I have had out of town company all week and so I have only worked out once (Boooooo!), but I plan to get back in gear next week with the work outs!

                I wont lie, tomorrow is my 31st Birthday and tonight my BF and my suedo in-laws (The BF and I have been together for 10 years but arent going to get married but his parents, which are the out-of-town company, consider me their daughter in law and vice versa) are taking me out to my favorite Thai restaurant for my Birthday Dinner. So I am going to cheat tonight. I wont go crazy but I am going to have some fried catfish covered in Thai Peanut Sauce.

                The way I see it is I have not cheated once in 28 days and I quit smoking cold turkey on the same day and I have lost 10 pounds instead of gaining weight (which most people do when they quit smoking) and so while I know it is an excuse I am willing to live with it. I just wanted to be honest....now ya'll can rip me to shreds for it!!!!!

                  Good Afternoon Everyone

                  Another day and today I officially went down a dress size and I'm now in a size 16 WHOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO..so even though my scales havn't moved (as TOM is still here) I've very very happy.

                  Plus i got my first bloods back..

                  thyroid is fine.. double whoo hoo
                  Cholesterol 5.3 which is fine but doc said could be lower
                  and HDL both good and bad are in the normal range of 2. something.

                  so bring on today

                      Went to the doctor again today.. down a pound from Tuesday.. have my DOT physical this afternoon.. hope to get through that without too much trouble.

                        good morning!

                        well, I'm again retaining water. 3 lbs worth of it, UGH. I think I need a visit with my herbalist to figure out what's going on, because the least water I ever drink is upwards of 8 glasses!

                        I have a big party to go to on saturday. so under the guise of being helpful, I'll be bringing a bunch of food that I can eat. muah ha ha ha.

                          Hi STACs, tomorrow will be the mark of my first month! Can't wait to see my results for the end of week 4. I am hoping for 10lbs and 14 maybe 15 inches total! We shall see!

                            Hi Everyone... quick check in, here...
                            Continue to do well and I'm sticking to plan like never before! Feel great and it's showing in my attitude, which I like very much. Had prawns with veggies (brocolli, red pepper, mushrooms, smidge of onion) tossed in a olive oil & garlic pesto sauce for dinner last night... soooo tastey! Tonight = steak and tossed salad (lettuce, red pepper, a little avacado, shredded mozz cheese - with a great olive oil dressing). I love this WOE/L!!
