    Goooooooooooooood Morning Everyone

    Well, its nearly the end of January and HOW WE ALL FEELING...

    I have officially gone down from a size 20/18 and now fit very comfortably in a size 16. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY..

    and for all that are getting disheartened. I have only lost 7lbs according to my scale since the 5th Janaury.. yet, I've gone down nearly two dress sizes. I don't know how it works but it just shows that the scale doesn't tell the ultimate truth. Trust me, i would love to see major drops on my scale so I can say I've lost ex amount of pounds, and was almost at breaking point in tears when every morning (i know you not suppose to weigh every day), it just wasn't moving.

    I will be week 5 next week, and apparently people say thats when things might start moving again on the scale. So ON I PLOD..
    I'm also very proud of myself as I have now offically lost 42lbs since november the 5th... (but only started atkins on the 5th)...

    February my aim is to get down to a size 14..

    TGIF!!!

    It has been a long week~~it is officially over at 1530 when I'm done at work!

    I'm feeling fine about this WOE & am back on track after a side trip to Carbville last week~~visited for 1.5 days. Frustrated with a 10 day long TOM~~gotta love being perimenopausal! Moving forward is the agenda!

      TGIF! Yesterday just sucked. Grey's Anatomy was a rerun last night and my son was barfing. No weight loss this morning, but I had a 2 lb week. For the month I went from a 38 to a 36 pants. I still have to work tomorrow, so my week isn't over yet. My income tax refund hit this morning, so I guess we're off to a good start. Gotta get the kids up and check on my son. Have a great day.

        Good Friday everyone. I've dropped 7lbs since I started induction Sunday. That is 10 lbs since X-mas. I had lost about 5 lbs with an off and on Atkins diet after Christmas, but I had put 3 of it back on. I decided to start "real induction" this time and have dropped faster. Off day for me exercise wise. I take at least one day (usually Friday's) off the treadmill to let my legs recover. It seems to help in the long run.

            Good morning, everyone! Back to school today!

            Congratulations to the losers! I've noticed that, now that I'm older this go round, I definitely have to keep up the exercise to lose. Now that I've joined Curves, I can definitely see the difference in the inches!

                  Good morning all! TGIF, looking forward to a few days off! Don't have a busy work day yet, but that can change in a snap. Drinking my water, working out everyday,size 18 pants are really loose. Will go down to the basement and bring up a size 16. I have clothes down to size 12, where I was 3 years ago. Good thing to look forward to, a new and smaller wardrobe!

                      Morning, all! Just a quick check in. Still here, still on plan. Trying to stay off of the scales. Need to add some exercise in, I've got to make time for it. Weather is supposed to be nice here this weekend, hoping for a couple of good long walks with the dog.

                        Happy Friday STAC'ers

                        It is snowing sideways and I really should to go out and shovel later. My husband is coming home tonight and I don't want to make him do it (he said he would).

                        I had a pretty good food show yesterday. I did take 3 very small bites of a new line my company just started working with. It was Sweet Potatoes- this is my favorite veg and I am excited to get to the starchy veg rung some day.... Eventually.

                        Then I went to dinner with several people and I was pretty good. I had calamari (very lightly breaded huge finger steaks) and a sald. There was litterally nothing on the menu that was very atkins friendly and reasonanly priced. I wasn't paying so I didin't want to break the bank of the guy who was.

                        What was worse it that one of my guest wanted to go to the Chocolate Factory. I had my daughter go in so I wouldn't be tempted and she bought me 4 of the best sugar free chocolates you could ever imagine. I ate 3 and then remembered I had 1 left and being the freak that I am I just had to have the last one before bead..... I had the worst gas all night. I felt like a balloon. I will do a few days of induction to get this out of system. Was it worth it- he!! no

                        Have a great day- I will be home detoxing

                            Off for the weekend, don't have to work until Monday. I work in healthcare so we do the 12 hour shifts. Our office is never closed!! Open 24/7. I have had to force myself to eat yesterday and today, and struggling to drink the water too. I don't remember the last time I wasn't hungry. Crazy how this all works isn't it? We end up eating less than we did before, but aren't hungry. Go figure! Gotta love that.

                              Congrats to all the losers!

                              I'm feeling a bit better and am glad that I'm over the worst part of the flu! I had to go a bit off track with the extended induction plan by drinking some "hot lemonade" (hot water with the juice of one whole lemon and some splenda). Thank goodness lemons don't have that many carbs and I managed to actually lose 2 more pounds! I'm hoping to be totally better soon because my sinuses are still a bother!
