    Hi everyone! I hope that you are all enjoying your weekend so far. Is everyone focused and on track? Just remember to stay positive and motivated and don't give up! All efforts will be rewarded in the end!

    On that note, I'm doing great! Although I'm still feeling a bit under the weather, I hit a milestone today! 20 pounds down! Woo hoo!

    Chynna, congrats on your goal, you are doing great. I wish I had put more mini-goals in for myself. It seems like ages since I hit one. I made it down to 210 today, so I have lost 15 for the month. I'll take it. Today will be challenging for me. My son brought home straight A's on his report card, so I'm taking him and my daughter to Chuck E. Cheese to celebrate. He's in third grade and has never had a B in his life. He must get it from the wife. I will make sure to eat something high in fat before I go and a baggie of pepperoni to snack on. Failing to plan is planning to fail and such. I am waiting to see people posting about my pizza recipe today. A lot of people said they were going to try it last night, and I hope they post how it turned out for them (Julie). Have a great day all, and let's see some monthly weight loss totals!

      Good morning everyone! Had a very busy but on plan day yesterday, more of the same today as well. TJ, good luck at Chuck E Cheese today, sounds like you have a great plan in place. Congrats to your son on the great report card also - he sounds a lot like my son, who is graduating from high school in May.

      Hope everyone has a great, relaxing, on plan weekend!

        Hey everybody!

        This week was crazy, but I managed to stay on plan. I had to travel through Kentucky, drove 300 miles and there was no electricity or working gas pumps until I got back to Tennessee due to the ice storm, had to stop at a hospital to pee!!

          Good morning! It will be one month tomorrow since I started Atkins again. I lost one more pound on the scales this morning. So, that makes it 16 pounds in one month. Wahoooo! Anyway, I have a question. Is it safe to take Alli (weight loss supplement) with this WOE. I know that it is supposed to send the fat out of your body, I just want to make sure it's okay. Does anyone know?

            Wow, tfek70!! You and I still seem to be on the same spiral. I hit 210 today and so did you!! Was frustrated and tired being stuck at 212 for too long. I just went over my goal weight and divided it up. It seems I'm within a couple of pounds of being 1/3 of the way to goal! I'm a perfectionist and totally way too hard on myself! I've got to up the exercise even more. If the fat won't fall off, I'll beat it off of me! The next 10-15 pounds will be rough. I'm nearing ONEderland and can't get there fast enough. I want to see a ONE come up on the scale never to return to 2 something. I haven't visited ONEderland since 2002 so I'm really looking forward to it.

              Chynna, congrats on your loss! Great job!

              Judy, I have a daughter who lives in KY and she was one of the ones without power so I she's been living through it all. I'm glad you found a place to pee! A hospital sounds much better than behind a bush!!!

              Carlae, congrats on your loss too. I have taken Alli before and it really messed up my gut. The gas and rumbling were awful so I only took one or two and quit. As for using it on Atkins, it seems to me that it would be defeating the purpose of the diet because Atkins is basically a high fat diet. Maybe someone else on here knows more about than I do though.

                It's been a while since I've checked in. I've been going strong, no cheats, and while I've lost only 10 pounds since I started, I've lost 15 inches!!!! overall. Four of those inches are from my waist, and for the first time in 3 years my waist measurement is equivalent to my hip measurement. Arg, to be apple shaped. :P

                  Happy Saturday STAC'ers

                  I had a good day yesterday for the most part. I was tired for most of the day recovering from my food show Thursday and I was very careful about eating. I only had 2 meals (I was trying to cleanse my self of the horrible sf candie that I had). Hubby came home and we went to the steak house for dinner. I had a dinner salad, broc, anf bacon wrapped fillet mignon. mmmm it was yummy.

                  TJ- congrats! I still plan on making your pizza- I just have had a few crazy busy days. Maybe I will do it this weekend?

                  Excellent Chynna 20# is awesome!

                  Congrats to all of you loosers. I am afraid to weigh myself, bc of the sf candy mishap but I will try to get a weigh in before the 3rd (my 1 month).

                    Good morning all! Sounds like some of us have some challenges this weekend. We're going to a movie tonight, so I'm planning to take my snack with too! Some pepperoni sticks & raw vegies. I don't want to be tempted by the popcorn. Then it will be back to our house for coffee & homemade Atkins friendly cheesecake. What can be better than that?

                      Hi fellow STACERs! Sorry I've been away a couple of days. Just wasn't feeling well. But still on track. I just finished my last 100 ab crunches to hit my goal for the abs challenge! Boy they got much harder when I wasn't feeling well. I am almost 100% recovered. You would think that with 4,500 (2 pills of 1,500) mlgs of penicillin a day I would be totally better by now! Oh well "patience is a virtue".

                      Since I feel better now I have decided to get back in that gym tomorrow. Oh yeah almost forgot to mention that the scale is now showing 75.9 kilos that is about 167lbs! That means I have so far lost about 7 lbs. A lot slower than my other attempts at Atkins but still I'll take it! I am going to really reduce my food portions this week and see if it helps make a real difference.

                        Hello everyone

                        I'm feeling positive this morning - after looking at a reading of 220 on the scale over the last week and a half I woke up this morning (okay, very late morning ) at 219. Yippie! Yes... I'm one of those gluttons for punishment that weighs everyday, but I log it in a table I created that really shows my downward progression - even when it looks like pounds aren't coming off.

                        So... my 1 month weight loss = 12 pounds. I wish it were more, but that's a 5% weight loss AND it's 12 pounds gone forever

                        Sounds like everyone is doing well... keep up the good, cheat-free work!!
