    Good Morning All! February is starting out well. I am a loser today. I seem to have the scales moving again, posting a loss the last two days. I started taking chromium, that might be it. I've also had 2 michelob ultras the last to nights too. I hope that's it. I can do that diet easily. I didn't get to do Chuck E. Cheese yesterday. My wife was down with a migrane so I stayed home and played nurse/maid. I ended up having a sleepover with my kids in front of the fireplace and watching kids movies all night. We are doing Chuck E. Cheese today. I think I have to turn in my Man Card for spending Superbowl Sunday at Chuck E. Cheese. There is a TJ Maxx right next to Chuck E. Cheese, I think I'll have to get me some smaller clothes while I'm there. Yea me! Water challenge starts today. Good luck to all of you doing Superbowl parties. Pork rinds and unbreaded wings and plenty of water.

    Good morning all and Happy February. Congrats to you, TJ, for being a loser. And for being a winner by choosing Chuck E Cheese over the Super
    Bowl. It's not a decision most men would make, but it's definitely the right decision. Kids and family always come first. Enjoy those smaller clothes -- you deserve them!

    I ignored our WOE big time last Thurs & Friday, but I'm back on and feeling back in control. Hope you all have a great day.

      Good morning all! No Super Bowl for me, I'm off to go work a double at work today. After work, I'll be hitting up the 24 hour grocery store to get the ingredients to make Linda's Meatloaf and I'll probably be eatign that for dinner this week...

      I'm trying to plan out my meals also, so my veggie portions are right, and I can get out of the 4 day plateau I'm on right now... I'm not complaining - I still beat my goal for this week

        Good morning Atkins crew.. Down 10 lbs since starting Atkins 7 days ago (12 overall in Jan.). I'm thinking an all wings superbowl. lol I will probably just run by Little Ceasers and pick them up. Good wings and a lot less mess than making your own.

          That recipe looks yummy! I will definitely be adding it to my repertoire, as it is sometimes a challenge to cook food good for Atkins that my very skinny brother-roommate will also eat. Thanks!

            Hi everyone! Here I am checking in, on track and doing good! My weight has fluctuated between yesterday and today. I'm pretty sure it's due to the cough drops and cough medicine I've been taking. Normally I would try to find other methods to get better, but this cough is a bit too painful to ignore. I'm not worried, since it's just temporary.

              I was not very good last night. I went to an australia day party last night and had a bunch of off-plan stuff. I had sort of planned to, so I tried to keep the carbs near zero for the day. I had bacon and eggs plus coconut oil this morning to try to preemptively head off cravings! I also had the worst sleep I've had in ages, and I feel bloated again (!!!) so I'm paying.

              anyhoo! new day, new chance to get back in ketosis, right? hope you're all having a good one.

                Happy Sunday STAC'ers

                2 more days and I will be on plan for an entire month I am feeling better than I have for a long while and ,and most importantly I am eating better than I have in a year. I made another pot of vegi soup with cheese and meatballs last night so I can live off of it for a few days. I used a beef base and a french onion base, kale,cabbage, tomotoes, zuchini, onion & mushrooms- Martha Stuart pork meatballs from Costco Even my husband thought it was pretty yummy.

                My husband is bbq'in ribeye steaks this afternoon for dinner. I will make a nice salad of some kind.

                No Super Bowl party at our house. Hubby insn't into it and neither am I.

                Congrats to you loosers. I am waiting for the 3rd for my official first month and the magic of the special soup.

                  hi everyone! i've had a busy weekend. my parents are in town because my mom had hip surgery at one of the chicago hopsitals friday. she is doing great, resting and taking it easy so that is good news. some of my other family members and myself have been eating some really great dinners this weekend haha. my dad treated my brother and me to a fabulous steak dinner friday night and oooooooman it was the best i've eaten in awhile. it was such a wonderful break from my salad/chicken/ground turkey meals that have been getting a little mundane (sp). hope everyone had a nice weekend!

                    Checking in..No Fooze ball to day for me, just sleeping in til 11am. Still behaving but not loosing...Still wanting to find a doctor to check my thyroid/hormones. Hope everyone else is doing well.

                        wow, forgot to check in this morning. Watching the super bowl with hubby and the twins, we had a fabulous steak dinner at half time, with salad and sauteed mushrooms. Way better than pizza, huh?
