I just played my first 4 games what a blast. I went bowling and then boxing. The boxing is a real work out. My daughter is a boxing machine right now. This thing is fun.
I got my exercize in for the day quite easy. Sweating and heart rate went up quick with the boxing.
I will post after I have played each of the games on sports. So far so good.

. We also love the balance board. The game that comes with it has hula hooping, skiing, and a ton of other aerobic, strength training, and balance mini-games. Have fun!
