Well, I am your height and always thought I was a large frame, but actually am a medium frame (might want to check this) and tend to be dense tissued and muscular (underneath the flab). I am guessing my goal weight will be around 160-165 because of my body type. Yours may well be different.

    HW 298
    HW (this time) 248
    GOAL ONE 228
    (take 2)
    GOAL TWO 213 (personal goal)
    GOAL THREE 199 ONE-DERLAND
    FINAL GOAL 165

It's not about the results. Its about the process.

It really depends... if you work out at the gym a lot, you will weigh more when at goal, although you could be the same size as someone of your height/frame who doesn't exercise. I would go by sizes or inches rather than weight.

There are some links around here to weight charts. I think it all depends on the person. Some people like to be superthin. Personally, I like a little meat on my bones. I don't want to look like a broom stick.

        I'm a little over 5'10" and I'm so happy at 170-175. Right now, I'm at 185. :-(
