I hope we get a new member in the STAC club today. StartedAt288 introduced himself in the introduction forum and looks like someone who could use our help. He has a good story and sounds dedicated.
My plan to supplement with michelob ultra hit a snag last night
. I figured if two gave me a 1 pound loss, 4 would be better. Poor execution on my part. After 4, chicken nuggets were unresistable. I probably hit 40 grams of carbs yesterday and was back to 209 today. Not much of a cheat, but still not good. Back on track today though (with a well deserved headache
). Starting with a family breakfast at Shoney's of eggs and bacon. Hitting my water goal today shouldn't be a problem. With the little hangover, I have already done 48 oz of water before breakfast. I hope you all had better nights than I did. Have a great Saturday everyone!
