          WELCOME BACK!!! I've been gone since last October and just back since last week so...I totally understand! You were always a great motivator, so I'm happy you're back!

                    Been a long hard winter for me too.

                    Must lose 4 or 5 pounds - maybe 6 (ouch)

                    Back on the bike!

                    I'm off to Cyprus for 8 weeks this spring. Must get into the shorts! We have to get out house in Nicosia sorted. I retire in the autumn. I only joined the Army for 3 years, but 32 years later . . .

                      Hi Rich! I can absolutely understand what you've been through. At least you caught yourself before it got totally out of hand! I ended up gaining double what I lost and know how important it feels to get back to reaching goals and getting healthy.

                      Although it is great to see you on the boards again, I'm sorry it has to be under these circumstances. I know that you will be able to reach your goal again!
