    Hello all!! Didn't have time to post this morning. My son has had a stomach virus since Friday and I had to go into work super early to make up some hours I missed this afternoon while taking him to the doctor. Going to post on the main board what my doc said when he saw my body!!

      Howdy, everyone! Still sticking to plan. Not one cheat since Jan1, 2009. I am just so proud of myself. Even when I was on Atkins before, I snuck in a few cheats. But I am determined this time. It seems to be working! Congrats to all the losers!
