Good morning, all! Up early AGAIN. Still debating on whether or not to step on the scale today. I ate clean yesterday but probably not enough due to exhaustion and running around. I need some energy!!

Wow, I guess we are up early! I got up extra early to make my son and I a turkey and cheese omlette. Today is my sleep in day, I don't usually get up until 6 on Thursdays. I'm a re-loser again today for the last time. I made it back down to 208, so look out below, wonderland here I come. That's all 3 of my regained pounds in two days. I think by being out of ketosis for a day or two (just barely and accidentally) and getting back in, I seem to be losing just like induction all over again. I seem to be reacting differently to this "cheat" than when I cheated by design. Of course when I cheated by design I probably scarfed down 500 plus carbs in a day. This time I might have had 40. Anyway, I would be surprised if I didn't make 205 or 204 by the end of this 3 day weekend.

Well, I sent the wife off yesterday to attend the 101st Airborne's 1st/502nd Brigade memorial dedication for those who were KIA in the last deployment. This will happen at 1330 this afternoon. My son was the only loss from B Company. We are thankful that no one else from the company had to get that visit and walk the path that we are forever stuck on. One of the bad aspects of this is they are dedicating the memorial today.. which is my wife's birthday. The other horrible anniversary is coming on the 24th of the month. These are the days that try our souls.Starting weight: 310 Current weight: 292 Goal weight: 220

Happy Thursday STAC'ers
I started on Yeast Defense yesterday. I hope I don't have any food allergies but rather a simple over growth from all the medications I was on last year. I blasted myself with advil yesterday and my sinus's feel better today- but still tender around my eyes.
Todays goal- pick up the house, pay bills, get job work done, and try another Wii sports game for 30 minutes. Drink my water and make a Turkey Breast for dinner along with mock (real for the kidlet) mashed potatoes and turkey gravey made legal.
Everloosing- I feel the same way most days. Have you started measuring? I haven't this time around. I thought that when I get back to my low I will start measuring again. I really wish I would have started from the get go- it is a great added motivator.
TJ- Awesome loss! What 3 day weekend? I better look at a real calender soon. You made me think of making a roasted turkey boob for dinner. Thanks! I haven't been making the greatest meals since my husband is away working in the bush. My daughter would really think I am great.
Plsmachic- Congrats on being down. That casserole looks great. I tried one with cauliflower last night but I used the coconut oil so the flavors were very inconsistant. I ate it but tossed the rest.
Fozzy- I am so sorry for your loss. I can not even imagine how I would cope if I were in your shoes. Hang in there

Well, I'm back on induction and here on the board after a loooooong absence. After an injury from a half marathon run in November I gained weight. Back to running and low carbing. I've lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks and am cross training along with running starting this week. I miss the board and the wonderful people here so I'm back.
Plsmachic - I had to print out that recepie! Sounds like something my family will love.
Fozzy - My thoughts and prayers are with you and your wife along with unending gratitude to your son and

Hi everyone! Well, my scale has stayed at the same weight for three days now, and I think that is a result of my not drinking enough water; have only gotten in about 60ozs per day, in comparision to my 100oz plus. My goal for the rest of the week is to drink nothing but water...hopefully this will lead to a lb or 2 loss on the scale come Sat weigh day! Have a great day everyone!

Although this is more like my 4th time around for me... I feel like I belong just the same. I started back on the program Jan. 5th at 236 - so far so good. The last time I checked I was down to 214 on Feb. 7th. I started to believe I was ready for the next stage...ready to ad a few more food groups and such to my diet...but it was not a good thing for me. I started craving and wanting to graze even if I was not hungry. So, I know I have to go back to induction for a while to get things under control.
Congrats on the loss TJ... I better get the lead out if I plan on keeping up with you. Way to go!
Flossy - I am sorry to hear about your loss. I cant even imagine the pain you and your wife must be going through. Thank you...How does one become a butterfly?
