you guys have been a great help. thank you so much for your advice and words of wisdom.. you are all right and i am determined to get through the first day cheat free. the rest can only come after that one first day.

Just give it some time and don't weigh yourself every day. I actually started 2/9 and have not lost any weight yet-I got on the scale yesterday and still the same...Very disappointed but I have done this before and it worked. I just have to stay committed and not give up-at oleast I didn't gain! Good luck...
