  • I Fell. Now I'm Getting Back To Business.

    I cheated and it really, really was absolutely not worth it.

    As quickly as one loses in induction, one can gain back just as quickly. I'm learning this the hard way, of course. But I'm not beating myself up.

    Starting now, I'm back on the straight and narrow. I just felt the need to come here and get it out of my system.

    Here I go again!!!

    Mini goal #6 - 199
    Mini goal #7 - Survive Easter on plan
    Mini goal #8 - Stick with this WOE until 6/30/10
