    Good morning, everyone!! I am vowing here and now to be cheat free today in the face of soooooo much temptation. TJ, you must read my post added onto to your original Effects of Cheating. I think you'll like it.

    The great news is, it's FRIDAY!!!! No work for 2 days other than belly shrinkage and preparing lots of new and yummy legal foods in advance for next week.

    Everlosing, I will read it in a few. I'm down to 207 this morning, catching up. Of course it got a little chilly here this morning, just in time for our 5k run. It's in the low 40's. Wednesday it was in the 60's at this time and we worked out inside. I'm still sore from our spin class so this should be fun. Have a great Friday everyone.

      Good morning STACers! I have an appointment to get my hair done this morning and then it's shopping and back home to clean and hopefully wash some windows.

      I ate more than I wanted to yesterday but it was all legal. So today, I will get back down to the caloric level I want to be at.

        Good morning, looks like we have a lot of early risers this morning. I'm doing well, staying on plan. Really want to push the water today, I've been drinking the required amount, but not as much as I normally do, so that's my focus for the day. The scales are doing their thing, weight loss has picked up this week, so I'm pleased with my results for the week.

        Hope everyone has a great, on-plan day!

            Yahoo! I'm down to 242 as of this morning and I'm down to a size 22. Lost over an inch everywhere. Best of all my blood sugar is now for the first time since I was diagnosed as diabetic under control. I feel great.

              hi all, missed roll call yesterday! Here today and down to 167, 14 pounds gone! plsmachic and I are in a race, I suppose, our stats are about the same and we seem to be right on track together as far as the weight loss goes!! YAY us!

                        Good morning all! Goal for today, is drink more water. Have been slacking a bit there. Have already started the process! I have a busy weekend, dinner here tonight with some friends, dinner out for Valentine's Day, and dinner party over at a friends place. Food seems to be the name of the game this weekend. Planning and control will be a must! Challenges ahead for sure.

                          Good Morning to all... staying on plan today is my goal. Nothing bad for me... I am still thinking about the heart shaped meatloaf myself.

                          My daughter has her first swim meet this weekend, so that should be interesting. She is a little scared to say the least. But she has a wonderful coach and I think she will be just fine.

                            Edit this out. I just re-weighed and looks like only a pound up. Guess my scale had a 'moment' THANK GOODNESS

                              Happy Friday STAC'ers!

                              Friday the 13th..... Some people think today will be a bad day- others think it is a special day. I am going with the "special day" people. I do not need any negativity to deal with- no excuses- no blame. Today is going to be a great day for me.

                              Today's goals are to pick up my house again (yesterday I got blind sided with a bunch of stuff and didn't finish). Vaccum upstairs- swifer down stairs. Organize my laundry for a trip to the laundro-mat (my dryer stopped heating earlier this week and hubby isn't home to fix it). Get my reports turned in for my job and my expense report done. Drink 6 bottles of water and 30 minutes on the Wii Sports.

                              I did roast a turkey breast yesterday so today I want to put some of it in the food processor and make some ground turkey out of it for my daughter (she likes to make burritos & quesadillas). I also made a batch of the egg muffins (south beach) last night. I used diced ham, onions, broc, & cheese. I will be having a couple for breaky.

                              Congrats going out to Plsmachic, TJ, Judy & Maggie for seeing loss's this morning.
