    I've been waiting for someone else to post roll call but it looks like I'm the only one lurking around for the last couple of hours. I'm excited!! It's Saturday and I get to clean up this house!! My sweet dog is helping to motivate me. He keeps throwing up and I keep cleaning up behind him!!

    Happy Valentines Day. We went out last night. I had sashimi, beef and lamb from the carving table, and some terrific grilled veggies and didnt even have to feel guilty after such a great meal!

      Good morning all, I had a decent chunk of corned beef last night.. with a green salad. It was very good, this morning im just enjoying the relative solitude of the house before the kids get up.

        Morning all and happy Valentines Day. BF is taking me out tonight and I am gonna be good . No chocolate....whaahhhh. But I did get beautiful flowers. It's gonna be a great day...........

          Happy Valentines Day everyone, no chocolate unless it's from Russell Stover. It's laundry day today so I will be busy this morning. Gonna take the wife out for italian tonight. I had a whoosh last night and am down to 205. Actually 204.8, but we'll do 204 tomorrow. Lots of love everyone, and take it easy today, its a rough one.

              Here and on track but still have to go shopping for a good supply of food for myself. this time is going to be interesting as I am now living with my bf. If he says one word he is sooooo sleeping on the couch.

              This makes, what, liek my 4th time doing this. I think I have one thing motivating me a little more this time.... I do not want to go through what my mother did stumbling back and forth between weight loss and different things to do it.

                GOOD MORNING ALL!!! Keep away from the chocolate and drink your water! I am going to my mother in law's for supper and she has been advised that I doing Atkins...She promised to make some kind of meat and salad...she is so sweet!

                    Don't feel too bad. Before I restarted a cpl of days ago I hadn't been drinking hardly any water at all my body wasnt used to it. Now I am drinking a little less than a gallon a day and I have so much water retention right now that if i put my thumb to my shin the water moves and leaves a huge dent. I do know that with being TOM as well doesn't help any so I am looking forward to seeing my weight after this week.

                    Apparently if your body isn't used to getting much water it will try to keep as much as it can like a cactus because it doesn't know when it will get more. After a while of continuously giving the body water the retention should go away and will tell your body ohhh wait i will have a constant supply so it will let it go. That is the most disgusting part for me honestly. I sit with one of my feet under my rear so when its time for bed and my bf touched my leg the first time since that happened he freaked out like omg whats wrong with you are you ok.

                      Good morning STACers! Happy Valentines Day! Dh bought me red roses which are gorgeous. He always keeps chocolate in the house but, luckily for me, I don't even like the stuff!

                      I made a low-carb pizza quiche last night for supper and it was delicious! Even dh liked it so it will be a regular on the menu from now on.

                        Happy Valentines Day everyone! No real plans today, I gave the kids their cards and gifts. No chocolate. I rewarded myself with zipping up a pair of jeans without having to lay on the bed to do it! YEAH! Still have them on smiling! Going to look thru the recipes and make something great for dinner!

                          Happy Valentine's Day STAC'ers

                          I made a ham & pepperoni quiche this morning. I decided to do a few days of induction to try and tighten down and spur the loss a little bit. It seems to be working good for TJ (great job!) so I thought it may work for me. I am still taking the yeast defense medication and I think that this well help as well. No loss today.

                          I did get the house cleaned up yesterday. Today is laundry day. I might take my daughter to a movie or go an rent some at block buster. We were up very late last night (she had a highschool valentines dance). We are a little tired still.

                          I think I will make my magical veggi soup again today- it seems to becoming a weekend thing for me since hubby has been out of town working. I add some cubed cheese and meat to bring up the protein and fat content. It is a good way for me to get my vegis in daily.

                            I am here. I was treated to an excellent sashimi dinner tonight... Oh, I wanna go back and eat more it was so good...

                            The box-o-chocolate my mom gave me that was sitting on her counter is really tempting surprisingly, but I've noticed whenever I come to visit my mother, something about her house makes me want to shove all kinds of bad food in my mouth as soon as I can...
                            pent-up emotional eating perhaps?
                            But, there's definitely a trigger albeit 100% mental, when I come in her house I feel the instant craving to chow down on junk...

                            So, I'm using her computer to log on and post instead of lingering around her kitchen!

                              Hey, all! Happy Valentines Day!! My DH took me to the Mexican Restaurant tonight. I ate chicken fajitas. I saved all my carbs today for that! I'm drinking my water, and staying on plan.
