    Ribeyes on the grill topped with red pepper sauteed in olive oil

    Salad with Blue cheese dressing

    Steamed broccoli with butter

    (and some oven roasted potatoes for my husband.)

    Well, last night when I was going to eat pork chops, I ate leftovers instead so tonight I'm having pork chops with a mustard sauce, baked cabbage and broccoli and mushrooms gratin something

        Egg salad. My favorite. I boiled three dozen eggs yesterday, kept six of them for my husband to munch on and made egg salad out of the remaining 2 1/2 dozen. I'll eat on that all week. (provided my husband leaves me any....)

          Ribeye is one of my favs.... I will have one as soon as hubby gets home.

          Tonight I had a buffalo chicken salad with bacon and blue cheese.
