It's been a while since I dropped in. Terribly sorry about that. I stalled for a good long while, but I didn't sweat it since I'm looking at this as a life style change rather than a quick weight fix.
No cheating on my part, and my hubby is so proud. When I hit the month long stall, I didn't gain just seemed locked on 165. (Just FYI sake, that is a weight I hung at for quiet a few years before I gained up to 175.)
I basically tucked the scales away to keep from getting discouraged and stayed going as I'd been doing for the sake of my blood sugar - which is the absolute best it's been in 4 years.
I'm so glad I did stay on track during the stall month, I finally broke through this morning. Woot! I've lost 11 pounds overall, and I'm down something like 16 or 17 inches total.
I'm also fitting back in my favorite old A&F size 12's. It's wonderful. The first time I was able to pull them on and zip them without feeling like I was being squeezed in half, I sat on the edge of the bed and cried. No kidding.
Now to just reach that next mini goal...
