    Morning everyone... checking in!
    After a week the scale finally moved and I'm down a pound. I was hoping for 2 this week, but I'm happy with 1. I KNOW I have to drink more water... I'll make that my goal today.

      When the weekend ends it gets easier for me...and the 3 day weekend was TOUGH. I made it through cheat-free though...whew!
      No idea what the scale really says. I've been weighing in every morning at 6am before I eat, drink, or use the bathroom. Each day it has been coming down about .25 pounds, so I feel like I'm going in the right direction. Each night, when I'm at my heaviest, the numbers are also getting smaller and smaller each day. It feels good, but I've a LONG way to go.

        Hello everyone! Checking in after a long weekend! Stayed busy painting so didn't have any issues staying on plan. Lost 2lbs last week! Happy as can be!

              Checking in very late... But, I'm here!
              Working doubles for the next three days and excited b/c I know work is where I get 90% of mywater intake

              TJ - There is a right way to answer that question! In my opinion, after an explanation of what "back boobies" are he should say, "Oh I get what you're talking about. They're still there (if they are) but I've noticed they've gone down SO much since you started Atkins. They're almost completely gone!"
