Welcome to ADBB~~there are numerous members here everyday & throughout the day/evening to offer support, encouragement, answer questions & the occassional reality check! Join an exercise challenge or two & start a journal. Both are great ways to meet people & establish friendships.

Thanks SO MUCH for responding! I've had a great week and will go to the clinic tomorrow to weigh there because I don't believe the scale at my club. If I go by it then I've lost 18 lb in 4 weeks and I don't think in reality I've lost that much.
