    I see I'm not the only one who blew it last night! hahaha! ah well. up 1 lb, but it'll go.

    I'm so sad today, my sister's dog, who was more my baby than anyone's, died last night. I loved her more than i love most people, even though she was just a dog. she was always so sweet and she actually smiled with her eyes.

    induction tomorrow. at least I have that to look forward to...!!!

      Sweetie, there's no such thing as "just a dog." My dogs are better than most people I know. Unconditional love....unlike any other love!! I'm so sorry for your loss. I know it's hard! Can't even say a word about your "blowing it" last night. My dogs are the only ones who haven't commented about my progress! They don't care whether a fat hand feeds them or a trim healthy one does it!! Remember her smiling eyes and as much as it hurts, know that's the gift she left you with...a warm memory of her.

        Ok guys - I'm about to make dinner (cheeseburger quiche) and I'm happy that I am getting back on this WOE. I'm back down to 146... and I cheated a little Friday night (4 fried shrimps and 1 piece of sugar-free cheesecake) but I'm ok.

        I'm getting better - it's just planning. Wednesday being the start of Lent I am giving up soda. And that is HUGE for me.

            Better late than never! Had a pretty tough weekend as far as temptation goes...Yesterday's rice (which I did NOT touch) with the indian pork, and today, my BF's son played hockey and wanted hot dogs and fries after...I had to order for him and hold them until he came out of the changing room......TORTURE...then he says, all innocent, you can have some! ARGHHHH!!! But I refused and actually after I could not smell then anymore, I did not want them anymore...had chinese vegies with seafood tonight and unfortunately I know my weight will be up for a couple of days with water retention ...I didn't think about that...oh well...maybe it will flush out by tuesday!!!

              I'm checking in late as usual! I managed to get myself back on my bike this evening, but I think someone must have messed with the tension on it because it was harder (my granddaughter maybe). She's a monkey! I am still at 185. and I think that I am not eating enough veggies. I never was much of a veggie lover, except for potatoes. My DH fixed pork ribs and potatoes in the crockpot today, but I only ate the ribs, I did have a salad today, so I got some veggies in. Yesterday, I made some Flaxseed meal Cinnamon Muffins. They smelled delicious, but they didn't taste very well at all. I wonder if using Splenda would work better that SF syrup. I just wouldn't know how much Splenda to use. Oh well! Talk to you guys tomorrow!!
