    Julie, the cheese crust is most definately the gold standard, and a great crispy NY style pizza. The flax is more of a Chicago style deep dish crust. Cheese is more expensive, more time consuming, and harder to make. I will do that when I want a treat or feel like NY style. I am trying to up my HDL levels right now, so I am incorporating more flax into my diet. They both are very good though.

      Checking in late!! I had to be at work a couple of hours early today and it's looking that way tomorrow too. Downing the water all day today. Increasing my weight lifting yesterday didn't wind up hurting my body today so I'm thinking I can do it again today. Cooking, cleaning and spending some time with my son and doggies are on the agenda for tonight. Have a great night, everyone!

        Checking in to report a 1 lb. weight loss! I've just got one big problem. I am having a time with going to the bathroom. Can anyone tell me if it is okay to take a fiber supplement? If so, what kind? I'm miserable Well, enough of that subject. I stuck with plan today, haven't rode my bike yet, but will when I sign off. Good night everone, and have a big loss tomorrow!

          Carlae, fiber supplements are recommended for this, but make sure they are sugar free. I think they taste like crap, so I am putting flax meal in everything now. The kind I use is Hodgson Mill milled flax seed. Believe it or not, it tastes ok by itself. It's 4 grams of fiber per 2 tablespoons. I don't even notice 3 tablespoons in an omlette. I'm making chili tonight for tomorrow and I'm putting half a cup in for starters as a thickening agent.

                As far as I know, Flax seed is legal all the time. It has something like 4g of carbs per 2tbsp, and 4g of fiber totaling 0 net.

                  I know it is not, but I can't remember why. I think you have to wait til the nuts and seeds level. I think you are only allowed like 1 or 2 tablespoons to help you "GO" during induction. Someone more experienced will give you the correct answer because I can't remember exactly
