I'm back - although I've never really left I stopped posting and just 'lurked' for a while. I was quite active last Spring. Since October I've lost 30 lbs through atkins and exercising but seem to be having trouble continuing with my weight loss. So, as part of my re-committment I'm going to start participating here again. I think I need the accountability and support that everyone here is so gracious about providing.
Last Spring there was a challenge about fitting into capris for the summer - I took a photo and submitted it - it was terrible... but the point is - those now fit.
So, I'm looking forward to getting back on track. I'm now at 190 and trying to get down to 150 over the next few months.
Evenings are my downfall - starting induction again today.
