    Good Morning All,
    Reporting in, at 201. Everlosing, you need to get going, Wonderland awaits. I swallowed 4 mich ultras last night and lost a pound. Looking forward to the weekend.

      I do like my beer . I put some flax seed in it to make it atkins friendly. Not a good idea. I was smoking pork shoulders last night and it's criminal to do that without at least a beer. Grey's Anatomy was a rerun last night so I was bummed and wanted a few more.

        The first time I did this and lost a lot of weight, I drank my supper every night. Lots of vodka. And I lost 4-5 pounds a week. I definitely don't recommend this.

          Oh, and for breakfast, I took a hamburger patty, topped it with oscar meyer ham, heated it in the microwave (the first time I've used the microwave here at school since Icaught my sausage on fire) and smothered it in Duke's.

          What a great breakfast!

            Ha ha ha! They let you use the microwave again!!! Good for you! I am holding steady (from what I can tell) weigh-in is tuesday. Winter carnival this weekend so I am going to probably check it out. Going shopping at the Tommy Hilfiger outlet this afternoon with my best friend...we always get AWESOME deals so I'll keep my fingers crossed!

                HAPPY FRIDAY

                I just weighed in (had to after yesterdays scare) the scale said 208# not once but 3 times.

                Last night I made a huge King Crab salad. I chopped cuc,tom,red onion, red bell pepper in my mini chopper. Then I marinated it in EV oilve oil and SF rice vinegar, pepper, louisanna hot sauce, old bat seasoning, and a little splenda. Then I layed out a pile of herb mix salad and scooped out my ensalada on top. Then I added about 1 c of king crab that I had just cracked. I mixed in a few spoone fulls of mozzerella and that was it. Super yummy.

                I also made the cheese cake muffins again.

                TJ- you better be careful on the beer. Remember what happened last weekend? No really- congrats on the new scale number.

                Now I got to go for my official sign in on the challenge.

                  Julie, I have been holding off on signing up for your challenge because I am re-assessing my final weight goal. It's a great challenge and I'm glad you and Vickie are doing it. I can pledge water and exercise, but I'm not so sure about a weekly weight goal. I'll know more tonight. I will definately sign up though. I'll have a clearer idea of my final weight goal this evening. I still have a little belly I'd like to get rid of, but not much anymore. Everyone here has been a big part of keeping me accountable and on plan.

                  Also, I barely remember what happened last weekend, it was kinda a blur. I don't regret a single beer or wing. From what I recall, a good time was had by all.

                    Cool TJ. We look forward to having you even if your goal is only a couple of pounds. You are pretty close to your goal now so you can't expect to loose to much to fast.

                        Morning all. TJ, I've got to try the Ultra diet. I had 2 glasses of red wine last night, and was still down .2 pounds this morning. Beer and wings is awesome, one of my favorite legal splurges! I've been doing well with pushing the water the last few days, it's easier when I'm at work, I keep a large insulated mug on my desk, and just force myself to empty it 3 times a day (32 oz jug). It's harder on the weekends when I'm so busy. Hope everyone has a great weekend - I'm going to be finishing my shopping for the cruise, that's a great motivator to stay on-plan!

                          Happy friday everyone! Im back after a horrible 2 week crash. I came down with a terrible cold that turned into bronchitis...ugh. Im still not 100% yet but im working on it. I managed somehow not to gain anything back, thank god. I need to reaccess everything and get back on the ball. Mich ultra is wonderful! That was my drink of choice a few years back while doing atkins and it never stalled me or set me back any...but i didnt over do it either...Have a good day everyone!

                            Beers 1-4 probably won't set you back. 5-12 will definately cause a stall.

                              Ugh....bad night last night. I accepted a ride to Arby's and intended to get a salad, which they didn't have. I decided to go with one of their Low Carby's wraps, but splurged and got a beef and cheddar. I felt like a total bum...this was the first blatant cheat I've had in a month. I felt a lot of guilt last night and was pi$$ed at myself for doing it. Hard work down the drain.

                              BUT, not to dwell on the negative I did find some silver lining in my thundercarb cloud:

                              1. I ate what I thought I missed a lot and it didn't taste good. I don't miss it at all.
                              2. I checked the nutitional info and the Low Carby's have MORE carbs than the sandwiches. Serendipity strikes in my favor?
                              3. After checking the nutritional info, and the high amounts of fat in the sandwich, it was almost legal (this is said sarcastically).
                              4. I got my cheat out of the way HALFWAY through my competition. I made it halfway without one, now I can make it another half.
                              5. The nice thing about this diet is that you can always do something about yesterday today.
                              6. I should have had a beer instead (TJ, you kill me!).
