    I just saw a post where someone made these. I love these things. I mean, I think they are like little mini-cheesecakes and so good. Try some sf jelly or jam in the middle of them. Or put a couple of spoonfuls of cocoa in the mix. Yum.

    Last summer when I quit smoking and did a pretty strict induction, I made these. This time, I'm trying not to eat so much cheese and no sweetener for the two weeks. Maybe later.

    They really are easy and worth trying if anyone is thinking about it...

    The ones I make I call Cheese Cake Muffins. My husband had them for the first time last night and had 3... He loved them. What I did this time was sprinkle cinnamon in the bottom of the muffin plate before pouring in my mixture. I will look for real vanilla bean to add to it next time.

    Now I am looking for a flan recipe. Do you have any ideas?
