Good morning, everyone! It's March!! Just woke up and wanted to get this thread started. I held out yesterday and didn't start it because I wanted TJ to have his glory post first thing!! LOL! So much to do today. Snow fell over night and I need fresh veggies!! Maybe by afternoon I'll be able to get out. Hope everyone has had a fantastic weekend.

Re: Roll Call 3/01/2009
Everlosing, Happy March to you also! I didn't do any celebrating last night, I was worn out from the carnival and housework. More laundry and cleaning on tap for today. I ended up falling asleep watching w pretty good movie. I'll have to finish it today. I'll be getting my exercise in today for Julie's challenge. Recumbent bike for 45 minutes after breakfast.
I'm still in Wonderland. I thought that perhaps I got a bad reading on my scale, but this morning I was still at 199.4.
Have a great day everyone, and if you are in the Easter Challenge, good luck and stay on plan.

Hello everyone - happy March!
It's my birthday on Tuesday so I have a challenging week with lots of eating out!! I am allowing myself more carbs than normal on ONE of the meals - the rest will be OWL safe.
I am still not allowed to exercise following my surgery but am moving around a bit more and plan to get some walking in and practice my Wii balance games which should be OK.
Have a good day everyone xx

this flu continues to hand my a** to me. it's taken up residence in my lungs and sinuses, which is making exercise impractical to put it mildly.

Re: Roll Call 3/01/2009
Happy March! We're here in southeastern PA waiting for our first real snowstorm of the year. Here's hoping it comes so school will be cancelled tomorrow. Yes, teachers pray for snow too!
I'm also stuck on a number now for a few days....294 seems to be a happy place (happier than 319 where I started), but I'd like to get moving again.
My March goal is to get down to 280...14 pounds in 31 days. I think it's doable, but it's going to take a lot of work. I'm going back to rehab for my shoulder (nasty, $40,000 surgery last December) so that will fill up my already busy week.
Anyway, good day to all, and good luck this month!"People who say it cannot be done should not interrupt those of us who are doing it." - George Bernard Shaw

Re: Roll Call 3/01/2009
Hi everyone,
Spent the weekend at my parents. 1 child was at girl guide camp, the other with my parents and the 2 small ones at home with me. Studied Saturday. Looking forward to the gym tommorrow and getting back into a routine.
March is so so exciting because it means Spring. I'm happy I met my weight loss goal for the week (week 1 of induction for me). Need to have a good week with exercise. I think I'll use the tickmark system for water intake - I 'think' its fine, but I need to confirm.
Hi to all. S-

Happy Sunday STAC'ers
Better late than never. I had a very tough night. I didn't sleep well. Today I almost cancelled club dog training but went with my young GSD only. He needs the exercise /training more than my older dog.
I came home and took another pain pill. Hopefully tomorrow when I wake I will feel better.

Re: Roll Call 3/01/2009
Hi there,
My name is Erin, and I am neither new to ADBB or the Atkins WOE
I am 33, I have 3 wonderful children - Chariti, 15, Tyson 10, and Derek 8. I have been with my FABULOUS husband since the ripe young age of 15, and we are married 11 years this past August.
I found ADBB 6 years ago on my forst go round. this place was my godsend to the success i had. I am really looking forward to being here through to GOAL this time...
I am worth it!
Thanks for having me
