And I want to make chocolate chip cookies and hot chocolate. :-( Guess I'll go make some scrambled eggs...

That's because Tennessee is done with that snow and you can HAVE it!! Just a tiny bit here now. It's melting away quickly!! I know what you mean though about the snow and those darn hot chocolate cravings!! In fact, you've talked me into it. I'm going to make some breadless pudding. If you like a custard with the taste of rice pudding, it makes a sweet treat!! Here's a link.

It must be that time of year. We've got clouds and no sun, silly weatherman! I just popped in a crustless pumpkin pie in the oven.~Lisa~

We're in NW Georgia and got snow, too, but it's through now. Just cold and windy.
I made pumpkin bread this morning from a recipe I found here a couple of days ago. It was wonderful!

I'm in SE Georgia and it's freaking cold and windy. I was born and raised in Wisconsin, so I know cold. It could snow here if there was enough moisture. It's 35 and windy. I didn't move here for this junk. Time to build a fire in the fireplace."...Health and fitness are more than just personal goals - they're gifts we give to the people around us. Soup or chili are snow foods. I made a big pot of chicken soup and ate on it all day. It's still snowing here in central Virginia.People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

Amazingly, I too am making my super fiber chili and also some curry chicken thighs in the slow cooker. I like to cook for the week on Sundays. I'm kicking the fiber up a notch and shooting for 20 grams per serving. At 12 grams you can't taste it, so why not throw more flax meal in? It only gets thicker and better for you."...Health and fitness are more than just personal goals - they're gifts we give to the people around us. I'm a Florida native stuck up here... and it's cold and I am thinking of hopping in the camper and heading south next week if it doesn't warm up pretty soon!Originally posted by tfek70 View PostI'm in SE Georgia and it's freaking cold and windy.
