      OK- TJ,

      The chili is cooking. I decided that I will serve mine with riced cauliflower to get more vegis in. I did use a jar of chunky salsa as well. I used 1/2 pound of chopped bacon and 2 very large rib eye steaks. It smells delicous.

      I will make regular rice for the hubby/daughter. They both usually love my chili.

        Hi, all! Just checking in after a long day. I had steak and fried cauliflower for supper. It was just what I needed. I made some Clouds on Saturday Night. They are a big hit with my whole family. Wow, almost like ice cream. Rode my bike for 30 minutes. Maybe I'll see a loss in the morning. Everyone have a good nite!!

          Oooooh! Served over riced cauliflower, I like. That's using the ol' noggin. I haven't had chili and rice since Hawaii. It's a staple there. I think I'll rice some for me too!
