  • Survived it...

I started over, YET AGAIN, yesterday. I was just on track at the end of January. I'm not even getting into the 9999 excuses that derailed me this time. What I do know is that I need to find better ways to cope with stress instead of food. When life throws stuff my way, it seems to throw A LOT and I get discouraged and stressed.

The important thing is that I'm back on, that I recognize that there is a problem.

I also started Slim in 6 yesterday. I made it through and I was able to do everything. I'm a bit sore today but its manageable and I'll be doing my workout today once I drop the kids at school.

That's why we're STACers! I slipped up a bit on my vacation last week (___Enter reason # 9999 here____) ~ Held strong for 5 days, then slipped the last 2 days I had been down 7 pounds and gained it all back. I have been home now for 6 days and am back down the seven pounds... PLUS TWO!! Nine pounderoonies! Stick with it - we've all slipped and fallen, what's important - is getting back on

          Hi,

Yes, it's the 'getting back on' that brings about success. Mojo - I just love that word. Oh, and Java (as in coffee)... I also like the word Nanaimo (as in the sqare).

            Still going!

Slim in 6 was great Day 1... day 2 was tough since I was pretty sore... day 3 was tougher because I was sore... today was day 4 and it was great! I'm not sore anymore and I'm doing well with it!

I like the town of Nanaimo, as on Vancouver Island, B.C.
