    Good morning, everyone!! Hoping you have a wonderful Thursday and also hoping I can come home to working!! Missed the board last night. It's going to be a long tough day at work. Headed to the kitchen to make some legal eats!

    Good Morning... I felt like I had lost a bunch of friends with the board being down. But I am glad to see that it was right here waiting for me this morning.

    I had another rotten day yesterday and was totally off plan. Even the guys at work were starting to get worried.

    I feel a lot better about EVERYTHING today. I got up and made my three eggs w/ ham slices for breakfast and did some shopping last night. All will be better today - I am sure of it.

      Hi Everyone! Joe and I are set to leave for Siberia on April 4th to meet a 2 year old boy in the Kemerovo Baby House! Wish us luck! I am feeling a little lighter these past few days so I hope to make more progress by next Monday... A pound a week or even half a pound would be good! Have a great day everyone! You know-I meant to ask about the website being expired? This happened to me all day yesterday and this morning early as well-why is this happening? Have a great on plan day! Cara

        Good morning all... i was afraid i'd lost you!!! Just checking in quickly... at work - can't stay long... just wanted to celebrate - after gaining everything i'd lost during a 2 day slip up last week... i have now lost those 7 and lost 2 more... so down 9!
        Gotta run, there's some hard-boiled eggs and turkey rolls with my name on them! Good luck to all today!

          I am SO glad to see that the board is working again! I totally missed it yesterday! lol

          I'm finally seeing the scale move again! I seem to go through periods of still-stands then a week or 2 of weight loss! I don't mind it at all as long as I'm still losing!

          I hope that everyone is having an awesome low-carb day!

            Hi everyone,

            Very happy to be with you all again. That downtime was a bit scary. I'm on track re: food and exercise. Did 1 hour weights (arms) and 40 min. walk-run. Tracking my water now.

              I am here and about to get on that treadmill again with the hand weights included.
              So March has been good to me : )

              Cara - good luck to your trip to Siberia, I was there 3 years ago for 4 months teaching English in the city of Omsk. You should have a good time !

                Wow, the board being down really messed me up! I don't believe anything about it being expired. It went down because CARA FINALLY LOST A POUND!!!

                The other half pound I was supposed to report came back and brought a friend. Still at 199. No worries though, I just bought a home gym to add to my recumbent bike. Should be dropping weight again.

                No more time to write, gotta catch up on some reading on this board.

                  Just a quick check-in. I'm still here and on-plan, but was really worried about the board saying the domain had expired, I got kinda upset this morning when I couldn't get on the board. I'm on the final count-down for the cruise, we leave early Sunday morning. I'm really pushing my water intake, and not very hungry at all. I hope to make my mini-goal before we leave!

                    Cara, have patience and a sense of humor. I have seen many many parents as they passed through Russia for adoptions and it is a nervewracking waiting game sometimes. (We lived there eight years) Best of luck on your trip. It is definitely an adventure traveling in Russia. Dos vedanya. Jill
