    Good morning, all! Checkin in early! Sooooo much to do today! I plan on weighing in today and am hoping the whoosh fairy was hanging around here last night. Looking forward to a day that doesn't involve my J.O.B. Have a great one everyone. Maybe we can bring the board back to life today. I have the feeling it will be active.

    Good morning! Checking in...It is actually raining here in Chicago, which is better than snow. I can take a long walk with my daughter, Carolina once it clears up. I really am glad I have gotten a handle on the scale and have stopped obsessing...For me, to weigh only once a week is HUGE! I am getting much better at drinking the water now. I have actually found that the Evian bottles with the flip top are much easier to drink- REALLY! I just bought a case and refill them with tap water as I would not buy Evain every week! It really helps me down 16 ounces in no time flat-you guys who are struggling should try this! Have a great day...Cara

      Hi everyone! It's a nice and sunny, not so cold day here in Germany today! I hope it warms up a bit more so that I can take the kids outside to play a bit.

      I just got back from a vigorous, yet satisfying workout and I'm looking forward to enjoying the day with my family.

            Checking in! My weight is stuck at 163. Planning to do a lot of outside work around the farm this week, so hopefully can work of another pound or two. Off to the barn!!!

              We're working outside today, too. It's supposed to be 77 here. We're going to have a big bonfire of all the tree limbs that got snapped off last weekend during the snowstorm.

              Weightlifting is so much more fun for mewhen it's something like cleaning limbs off the property instead of in a stinky gym.

              Oh, and I'm cooking steak and eggs and mushrooms for breakfast.

                    Morning Everyone - it's a beautiful sunny day here right now , but they say that freezing rain is on the way

                    Weighed in today to see 208 which makes very happy! I'll be happier when I reach my next mini-goal, of course!! Not too far away!

                    I have a lot going on today - for starters I'm finishing off an article for my decor blog, then I'm off to Ikea and a fabric store to source out some items for my client's condo, and if I can fit it in, I'm also going to hit some antique/second hand stores... but don't fear... I'll have a bottle of water in hand the whole day!

                      Hi everyone,

                      Checking in. No exercise on the weekend (I miss it? - Can't believe it's me typing that). Wish I could figure out a way to work it in at least 1 over the weekend.

                      Located the sugar-free syrup to make the cheesecake muffins.

                      Alaskagirl: What does the 1/2 Splenda refer to? Is it 1/2 cup? Seems like a lot of Splenda - though maybe not the recipe is big. I think I asked you elsewhere and maybe you replied, but I can't find it now. Sorry if you are repeating yourself. And - can you freeze them? Did you try?

                      Off to see a movie tonight - taking my own drink and psyching myself up for the popcorn smell and temptation.

                      Induction over tomorrow - WOW did that fly by. So, tomorrow is my weigh-in.
