    Good Morning Everyone, today is day one for me on starting over, did Atkins a while back and was pretty regular around here. Feels good to be back!!! Can't wait to see how the old crew is and meet some new folks!

        Good morning!
        Holding steady within a pound of 289 (+1 or -1, depending on the time of day). I'm feeling good today, although I still have a headache from Sesame Street Live last night. If I could only the the Elmo song OUT of my head, I'd feel much better.

        So that you can all share in my misery, I'll start it: This is the song, la la la la, Elmo's song....

        Now you're stuck with it too and I feel just a LITTLE bit better. Good day to all!

          Good morning everyone! It's day two of induction for me and Im feeling great so far (crossing my fingers that induction flu isnt too brutal) and really excited to see the weight start to come off. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day so far!

              Thanks Jon, my morning was going too well. La La lalala La....

              I had some unexplained weight gain this weekend. I somehow gained 3 pounds over the course of 48 hours. I didn't cheat, but have been lifting weights. I also had ham last night, so it could be water too. I've had ham before and didn't experience this, but who knows.

                Here too Today is day 7, will weigh in tomorrow morning and take some measurements. I normally do measurements every 2 weeks but this was week one for Slim in 6 too and I'd like to see what I lost for inches. I can certainly feel a difference.

                Today was my rest day for SI6, so no Start it Up, I just did Slim & Limber and Slim & 6 Pack. Tomorrow I will start Ramp it Up. I watched it to see what I'd be adding in and phew, I'm betting I'll be a bit sore after tomorrow.

                  Good Morning everyone.
                  I didnt get to the pool as I had hoped this last weekend...instead I cleaned my house from top to bottom. By the end it felt like I had swam a 200 - so I hope it counts for something.

                    Happy Monday STAC'ers

                    I slept in again today. Living in Alaska the time change has a definate effect on me. Why do they have to do it to us? I was just starting to get used to the early light and BAM it is dark again.

                    Actually we are gaining a lot of day light again. In another 2 months we will be light about 18 hours a day.

                    It is snowing again today. I plan on working on the house today mostly but I do have some samples to pick up today and some paperwork to do.

                    I made vegi soup yesterday. I added steak and ham but it is still to lean. I will make a cheese cake today. I need to increase my fat levels. I haven't been getting enough fat lately so a cheese cake is in order.

                      I had practice last night, my first one in more than a week. my lungs just weren't up for it, I had to keep stopping to cough my face off. but still, at least I did it.

                      saying hi to tom today too, bleh. at least I should see some scale movement in a couple of days from that alone!

                        Happy monday everyone! Not much to report! No snow today so I am ecstatic...Weigh-in tomorrow morning, and I figure with last weeks' great numbers, I am going to be a bit disappointed...long as it does not go up (which it shouldn't because I have been good good good)

                          I am here... and I have gradualted to OWL rung 1 on this fine (but freakin cold!) Monday Morning....

                          Dam I hate the time change too... makes me feel BLAH... I tried combating it with 2 sessions of cardio yesterday... one in the morning.. and one in the evening.....

                              Been away for a few days, but was good and had a 2 pound weight loss! I am officially not obese anymore, just overweight. Now only 28.4 pounds to go til a "healthy" weight. Either way I am happy!
