    Good morning all,
    We are off to a late start I see. I am back to logging everything in fitday, as I have mysteriously started gaining weight. I hope it's because I am working out, but for some reason I don't think so. Time to go back to the basics again and cut out the "fun" foods. Breakfast was a Nathan's Famous quarter pound hotdog (2 carbs) and a quart of water. I think I can safely say that I have left Wonderland . I have been 201 for the last 3 days. I guess I need to up the cardio if I am going to keep lifting.

    I still have the stupid Elmo song in my head. For those of you who don't, La La lalala La, La La La La La, have a great day!
