I guess it’s time to put things on the table to try and get through these challenges. I have been off and on this diet since September of 2008. Literally I can’t seem to get past 12 days of following the program, and it makes no sense because I experience great success when I follow and I feel great and confident when I follow. So why do I continue nearly on a weekly or bi-monthly basis continue to fall off the wagon
. I could see someone falling off once every couple months, but this just seems excessive. I then seem to binge after a couple days of falling off the wagon because I get so down on myself. This last slump was the worst because I got up to 219.7 an all time highest weight. And still it didn’t affect me. But last night I can across some inspiration that got me back on track so I thought I should share, I have posted them below. So needless to say I feel I am beyond a stacer lol, but I am back in as of yesterday and I am going to focus all my energy on staying actively involved and motivated...cheers, ...to sticking with it!

-What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.
-"Act or accept."
-Anyone can do something when they WANT to do it. Really successful people do things when they don't want to do it.
-Defeat is not bitter unless you swallow it.
