  • Pork Steaks

TJ, I'm bringing this over from another forum where you brought them up.

Let me tell you, I love these steaks. On the grill or pan-fried, they are wonderful. Juicy, juicy, and they are so cheap you won't mind cutting a piece of gristle out of it and feeding it to the dog.

I have some jerk seasoning that I bring back from Jamaica and it brings those pork steaks to another level.

Ribeyes? I don't need no stinkin' ribeye!!!!

Toss one of those pork steaks my way!! They are my favorite! I like them cooked in the oven. I usually have them with a big, naughty spinach salad. (Ok, so it's not naughty, but it tastes sooo good.) ^_^

      Re: Pork Steaks

Just when I started back on Atkins, where pork steaks and roasts are not considered posion, pork went outa sight pricewise here. I would love to get a couple of boston butts cut up into steaks, but the price never comes down. Beef is cheaper than pork, here, and Virginia used to be hog heaven.
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
