My maximum weight got to 198 a few months ago, but i had not started back on Atkins. I was tired of being fat. Also, my previous job let me go, so I figured if I ate less I'd spend less (and get healthy at the same time). I was eating tons of carbs before, and it did cost a lot more-because I was always hungry and kept eating. That also made me realize again what carbs do, they make you hungry after an hour or so and you keep eating and eating!
I've been on induction, for a week now. I went from 187.5 to 180.4. And darn it...I was hoping to get under 180 lol
. I'm rarely hungry, and a few days ago I forgot to eat lunch
That really surprised me.
