  • I have serious motivation

I lost a ton of weight and got down to a size 10 on Atkins 4 years ago. I was HOT!!! Now, I am 235 and FAT!! My daughter is getting married August 15, I will be thin and not fat and miserable in this GA heat. The wedding is outside, I will not be be chaffed, I will not have sweat running from under my boobs, I will not be out of breath and miserable. Just last week, I noticed that my stomach was now barely touching the top of my legs when I WAS STANDING!!! I am on day 2 of induction and am doing GREAT! I do have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue so the flu hits me hard. I am already very, very sore. This is what makes it the hardest for me. I do know though that I feel so much better when I am not eating all of the crap. I will do this, I have to do this, I want to be HOT again.

You are already hot! You just can't see it under the little bit "extra" hotness. As soon as some of that excess comes off, you will see the utter hotness underneath.

I know - I have been doing pilates for a year now and I can feel the hotness underneath the excess weight I still carry around.
            149.8/no weigh/ 119

            1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
what the rungs mean to me:
            rung 1 - more veggies
rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
            rung 4 - berries, melon
            rung 5 - wine -
            rung 6 - beans, hummus
            rung 7 - other fruits
rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
            Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
