So I was tallying everything up tonight and I discovered, much to my dismay, that I overshot my 20g today. I came in at about 25g. Today was day 2 of induction for me.
Stupid broccoli.
What do I do now? Do I go back to day 1 tomorrow? Or shoudl I just learn my lesson about broccoli and move on. I think I was going to do more than 14 days of induction anyway because of the amount of weight I have to lose.
Question #2
I find that I'm ravenous. I'm more hungry now than I was before starting.
And I don't think I'm skimping on my meals. I think I took in about 2,800 cal yesterday and about 2,900 today, what with the uptick in protein and good fats.
Is this just part of my body's adjustment to induction? Will this pass?
Was it just because I was more active today?
I'm not feeling compelled to cheat, just to eat. At bowling today I watched people eat pizza, and was cool with it.
(Yay, me!)
Your thoughts will be appreciated.

P.S.
I think I drank 2 1/2 L of water today!
I'm pretty proud of me. But I may be up all night... LOL.
