Kelly, I don't have one of those within 30 miles. I'm mid way between Brunswick and Jacksonville. I don't even have a book store within 30 miles. I shop at the commissary, and they are very reasonably priced there. I think they are still under $3 per pack. They had a buy one get one free at Publix a few weeks back and I stocked up.

They rock. I love them. A couple of years ago, my husband and I were at my mom's, watching the Travel Channel. Hot Dog Heavens was on and they were at the Nathan's Hot Dog joint. We jumped in the car, went to Publix for the fixins and I've never had another brand of hot dog since.
I am a Sabrett's girl myself- the original New York City dirty water vendor hot dog. Mmmmm. But I don't know if they are sold nationwide. But Nathans are good too. So are Hebrew National hot dogs. OK now I am hungry for a weiner and there are none for 50 miles but when I go to Hong Kong this weekend that'll be on my list! LOL

Well I will have to see if we have them...I love a good hotdog every now and then
Back in the day, when I was maintaining, I would take a low carb tortilla and make a chili, onion, cheese dog on them. I can't wait to get there again!!!
I wrap them in an American cheese slice as a "bun" with a dab of mustard. Mmmm

I butterfly them and put them between two cheeseburger patties. (Napkin required.)

Nathan's Famous are famous for a reason...because they are worth it! Though I personally think Sabrett franks are even better, that is my personal opinion though.

I've never had the Sabrett of which you speak. I am intrigued, and must acquire some. I would guess it's a New York brand. I'll have to see if they sell them elsewhere or phone a friend.
