    Good morning! Its Saturday and I'm sooooo happy to have 2 days away from work!! So much to do today....cooking, cleaning, exercising, yard work...are there enough hours in the day?? Probably not...but I'm up and going early, right? So, I'm going to get to it. Hope everyone has a great day and stays on plan!

      Good Morning everyone,
      I am down another 2lbs. I know its cuz the TOM is almost over so yay for that too giggle. My Treadmill comes today. That was a good deal delivery and setup 65.00. Let me tell you that makes my day i dont have to stress about carrying that heavy thing in the house and trying to get it set up. I bet the weight will really start coming off. Since i am a huge couch potato. Only 5 more pounds to go then i am at the weight i was when i quit smoking. I feel soooooo much lighter. Have a great day everyone.

        Good Morning.. Busy day.. My daughter has a dance recital today..so we will be gone about 11 hours.. I have my foods plan. Between the 2 and 7 show we are going out to eat. I spent yesterday figuring where I could go and for the best price and be full.. Cracker Barrel won! I didn't know they had such a huge Low-Carb Menu.

        Yesterday on the food board I posted Zucchini Chips recipe its under Snacks. Looks easy and yummy AND its a vegetable.

          G'morning all

          I'm up and roaring to go today - too bad everyone else in the house is still sleeping..lol. I forgot how much fresh food I go through when eating atkins style - a stop at the grocery store is a must today.

          I'm looking forward to a long walk and maybe painting my living room today (that is IF my dh and I can agree on a color) - Ive put it off WAY too long!

              Good morning everyone!

              Congrats on your lost Ruthanne! I vaguely remember the days when I could post about a 2 pound loss. I'll be happy if I can post a 2 pound loss for the month. Also, congrats on quitting smoking. I'm about to make another attempt.

              I did get some wonderful news last night. Apparently my mother has been inspired by my new committment to losing weight and getting healty. She has started this WOE. She's the person that origially introduced me to this WOE a decade ago. She might even grace us with her presence here. She's down 6 pounds so far in induction.

              I have a ton of housework to do today and a children's birthday party to attend. I've never had a sweet tooth, so this should be a walk in the park.

              Hopefully today I can get my lazy butt back in the gym. I haven't worked out in 4 days. I can definately feel the effects.

                Just did my "aerobic mopping" to be followed shortly by my "aerobic vacuuming" .... who says housework isn't good for ya?

                  Ruthanne, I, too, am working on getting rid of my "quitting smoking" pounds. About four and a half years ago, I lost 45 pounds in about 4 1/2 months doing an Extended Induction. I kept it off with no problem and then last April 30, I gave up the smokes after 20 years of 1+ packs per day.

                  This past year, I have gained and lost seven pounds TWICE!!!! That can't be good on the old body. But I weighed 179 when I quit and when I last weighed a week and a half ago, I was at 182. I'm pretty sure i can get back to 179 by April 30.

                      Did anyone else see my Badgers upset Florida State last night? It was awesome. I was about to go to bed at halftime since we were down 31-19, and we don't have any offense. I said to myself "Self, if they do find a way to come back, this could be one of the best games ever and you don't want to miss it." I watched it, and it was. I love March Madness! Ohio State/Sienna was awesome too.

                          Happy Saturday STAC'ers

                          I am sick for sure today. I was just telling some one on Thursday that I haven't been sick for a couple years (I even knocked on wood).... So I have a sore throat, stuffy/runny nose, and itchy ears. Today should be great- NOT.

                          I did most of my shopping yesterday afternoon and came home and made vegi soup with chicken and beans. I started eating occational beans for fiber and protein. The ones I made yesterday are heirloom beans, but sometimes I just add a can to my soup.

                          I also made the NO BREAD Pudding. It is pretty yummy. This morning I made a quiche with ham, spinach, onions, and yellow squash/zuchini squash. My food is good for a few days. If I don't make food up in advance when I am busy I forget to eat (which happened a few times last week). Being prepared is important for me.

                          I have a ton of housework to do today as well. I need to get my tax stuff ready and the PFD's.... I can't believe I have put it off for so long. I also need to do laundry and clean out my car/vaccum wash etc by Monday night.

                              Getting ready to head off to do grocery shopping, then I have some work to finish up this afternoon. Plus I think I'm going to actually do some wii fit today!

                              The scale told me I was down 1.6 this morning. So now, on Day 4, I'm down 4.2 pounds! I know it's water weight, but I'm glad to have it gone. I don't seem as bloated, and that's a nice feeling.
