  • Glad to be here

Hello STAC! I am half way through day 1 of my re-re-re induction and I feel like a pro. I hope I feel this good everyday haha. I have tracked my eating in a fitday (@2.9 carbs) and I will go for a 2 mile walk when my daughter wakes up from her nap. I know it's not much but it's a start.

I am finding that I don't quite remember all of the induction rules though. It's a good thing I am picking up the book tonight!

That was only after skipping breakfast (not good I know) and a lunch of sliced meat and cheese in a lettuce wrap. After dinner and snacking through the day I had a grand total of 21.7 I need to cut back on the snacks or switch to cheese I think. I got carried away eating snap peas. I liked the crunch!

also, watch out on that lunch meat....the pre packaged stuff causes me to stall but if i get the deli to cut it fresh, its not so bad. I try to stay away from it all together.

                  Re: Glad to be here

I did notice that about the lunch meat, this was pastrami from the deli I was hoping that meant not added sugars. I need to get back to reading labels in general though so that's good advice. I ate some beef jerky today and after reading the label it was not as carb free as I thought it would be
