Late check in for me, and I think I missed yesterday too.
This is my Day 7, I'm still going strong, no cheating.
Down .5 lb from yesterday, and now over all I'm 5.7 lbs down from my starting weight.
Since tomorrow is the beginning of my second week, I thought I'd take measurements again and see how induction is really going.
