    Tomorrow I am off to Hong Kong for the Rugby Sevens tournament. It's kind of like a three day Mardi Gras or Carnival party in a stadium where teams happen to be playing rugby. LOL Great fun but a food challenge. I love a good burger or hotdog, but three days of these without a bun will get old. The sevens has the most Atkin unfriendly food possible and they don't allow you to bring your own in. So I will drink gallons of water (in lieu of beer, gin & tonics, and Pimms) and eat bunless meat all day, then search for some serious veggies in the evening. See you all Tuesday!
