What is Roll Call?
When do I post under Roll Call?
Why should I post under Roll Call?
When do I post a new thread outside of Roll Call but still in STAC?

Roll call is totally optional! It is just a way to 'check in' with one another. I you just want to say 'hey' it is a great place to do it. I have gotten lazy about checking in myself!~

If you want to ask questons of STACers or make a comment on being around the block again wth Atkins, go ahead and start a new thread. No hard and fast rules, just hang out and have a good time!

For me personally, I like to post in the roll call threads daily to keep me accountable! Best of luck to you.
